Hi all. I didn't know where to post since this is (in part) potentially a 2012 MCSE issue. I hope that I get some 2012 MCSE minds in here as well. I obtained my 2012 MCSE and failed the update exam a while ago. I am working with 2016 Server now at my job and would like to know what my options are as far as:
1) The quickest road to getting an MCSE back.
OR
2) Utilizing my previous 2012 MCSE track back to obtain a 2016 MCSE or ??
OR
3) This is where it becomes a bit ambiguous for me...
Employer is offering incentives for the following:
MCSA: Cloud Platform$ 1,500
MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure$ 2,500
MCSE: Productivity$ 2,500
Thank you!

If you hold a MCSA 2012/2016 you can get the MCSE on Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, with one exam.

This is the roadmap for Microsoft certificacions:

crazyl Member Posts: 5 ■□□□□□□□□□By the way...I don't understand the use of Microsoft's Verbiage below. Steps 2 and 3 seem to be the exact same thing. All I need to do is pass one of the listed exams and I can get MCSE on Cloud Platform and Infrastructure right?
STEP 2 - EXAMS
Pass 1 required exam. Be sure to explore the exam prep resources.

STEP 3 - CERTIFICATION
Earn your MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification.

For me last year with the MCSA for 2012 I only had to pass one of the 12 exams to complete the MCSE in Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, I completed it with exam 70-744 Securing Windows Server 2016. So it might not be that hard for you to get there.Aaron
