I'm interested in purchasing the SSCP book, but I notice the exam has changes from nov 1, 2018. I was hoping for the exact ISBN number for the new edition?

With your Sec+, and CCNA Cyber Ops, you could easily prepare for this cert before Nov 1 2018. In your case, if you have the experience required, I would go straight to the CISSP. Do the SSCP only as a stepping stone for CISSP, because SSCP is mostly the same level as Sec+.
