Text to Speech/TTS Readers

SO, I was curious if you use TTS readers for "listening" to your cert books/pdf's? if so, which ones do you recommend. Pros/Cons of each one?...costs?

I feel like I need something like this because I have a ton of reading to do & need to get through a lot of info quickly yet also understand what I am listening to.
