Critique Request: Visual IT Career Roadmap

Hello fellow IT Professionals! Like many of you, I mentor some people and try to offer advice online for IT careers. I tend to look for infographics or charts to help me visualize other parts of my life, so I thought creating one for IT careers would be useful!

So I created a Visual IT Career Roadmap: https://i.imgur.com/aHOI6Kd.png

I am hoping for some feedback such as:
  • Missing common positions (especially early and late career)
  • Readability improvements
  • Flagrantly incorrect path / title / salary (currently, salaries are based on Glassdoor averages)
  • Information usefulness
Thanks guys!

edit: Linked to image because it was too small to read.

Nicely done and pretty accurate. However, one does not necessarily has to follow a path. It takes hard work, risk and luck to progress in this field.

    Thanks for the feedback guys!

Like most things in life, it's not about staying on a path, it's about moving forward. Hop onto any path you're capable of performing on, but just hop forward.
