I read that CCNA alone isn't enough and that you need a degree. Is any 4 year degree enough?

Enough for what? What you are trying to accomplish is not clear to me.

Enough for getting a job that requires CCNA like NOC or Network Admin/Engineer

Could a CCNA alone do the job? Probably. Will a CCNA alone be a competitive applicant? Probably not.

It is the sum of your parts: certs, degrees, and experience!! :)

They all create the holy tech triforce which gives you the best portfolio/resume towards jobs.

Would a non-IT degree not be a plus?
