CCNP R&S Advice

So i'm going to start working towards the CCNP R&S and i'm looking for some advice.
Which book would you recommend?
Previously only used Packet Tracer for the CCNA, is a physical lab a must for the CCNP?
Any online courses you'd recommend? Currently have access to CBT and ITProTV.

You are going to need 3 books at a minimum - one for each exam.
I used the OCG and listened to CBTNuggets while commuting every day.
I did all my labbing in GNS3, and a lot of it!
Took me just over a year to pass all 3 exams

I have a related question. Did you find that the OCG sufficiently covered the exam blueprint topics?
I plan to start on my CCNP later this year so for now I'm reading up on what materials I should rely on.
OCG vs FLG
Vidoes: Chris Bryant. Do I need more?
Plus Cisco.com documentation to supplement.
