I'm a big fan of BOSON exam simulator. look for discount code so you don't pay the full $100. If you want to get some learning material + Transcender exam look at ITPROTV to see if they have it for CISSP (i used it for my CASP exam)

When you take the Exam Think from a High level Manager, Don't do anything the Fixes anything, and human life is always the most important if its asked.

I felt that the Shon Harris practice exams were pretty good. These McGraw-Hill questions were helpful as well (keep in mind I took the exam in 2015 before the domains changed):

It look like the last good snapshot at archive.org is from July 2020. Maybe the online exams are now part of an MGH CISSP book deal. You can also contact MGH and ask.
