If you already have your CCENT or on your way to getting it then after six months to a year experience in the Service Desk you could move to NOC.Degree: WGU B.S. If you have any PC hardware and OS installation experience in addition to CCENT, you can try for systems admin or backup operators job. I suggest that you continue with ICND2 as you work towards a job, and also gain some knowledge in systems administration.
