    I would go with Service Desk if you have zero IT experience. If you already have your CCENT or on your way to getting it then after six months to a year experience in the Service Desk you could move to NOC.

    If you have any PC hardware and OS installation experience in addition to CCENT, you can try for systems admin or backup operators job. I suggest that you continue with ICND2 as you work towards a job, and also gain some knowledge in systems administration.
