They are offering you 2 re-take exam in case you don't pass the first time. Offer ends Sept 30 2018.
I know for me when I studying for my 410 exam I had to use all 3 of them.
I'm about to purchase my exam for the 411 this week. Hopefully it will help someone else out there that needs more then one try. I know for me it's just a safety , and the cost.
