I did. I got good advice from them, but did majority of work myself as they are not proficient in the field for obvious reasons. Paid $100 (peanuts).

Advice examples:

- no more than 2 pages (according to them >2 pages lowers the score in automated systems);
- no fancy formatting;
- split each work experience into responsibilities and major achievements;
- phrase template for achievements should be like "saved 50% on the number of international calls by successfully deploying a company wide IM & VoIP solution which was costed a fraction of the yearly bill from the telecom provider" etc.

That was in 2015.
