    I did. I got good advice from them, but did majority of work myself as they are not proficient in the field for obvious reasons. Paid $100 (peanuts).

    Advice examples:

    - no more than 2 pages (according to them >2 pages lowers the score in automated systems);
    - no fancy formatting;
    - split each work experience into responsibilities and major achievements;
    - phrase template for achievements should be like "saved 50% on the number of international calls by successfully deploying a company wide IM & VoIP solution which was costed a fraction of the yearly bill from the telecom provider" etc.

    That was in 2015.

    I am horrible at resume and cover sheet writing and thought wth...I guess it wouldn't hurt paying if it will bring on more jobs!

    Save your money and google some templates. It's all they are going to do anyway.
