I would get the Official Study Guide from Sybex for starters. People also recommend Shon Harris' book. Make sure you take plenty of notes or flash cards as you. -

Hardest question to ask. It is all personal preference. I’ve got all the books and ended up using the official ISC2 CBK Book. Probably the most hated book amongst this certification preparation.
