Jr sys admin or desktop engineer gig after help desk, MCSA or sccm certs?

Just finished up my Security+, now planning to learn Powershell next. I'm interested in Jr sys admin & desktop engineering gigs. Was wondering if I should go for sccm certifications or MCSA in server 2016 next? Which would be the better option?

Powershell and SCCM are good skills to have, but MCSA cert is what recruiters will be looking for so that should the goal.
    Certs: CISSP, CySA+, Security+, Network+ and others | 2019 Goals: Cloud Sec/Scripting/Linux

MCSA in Server 2016 as this covers powershell and some SCCM. Then you can take SCCM further if you like.
    Certifications:
MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA: Windows Server 2016, ITIL Foundation, MCSA: Windows 10, MCP, Azure Fundamentals, Security+.
