in CISA
I got a preliminary pass and I would like to share my experience. I primarily used the Q&A db for a month, and only used the CRM to go through areas I didnt grasp well.I started at 55% but with time got my score to 85% once I was in the ISACA mindset. I did 2 practise tests (85% & 87%) and one practice test from cisaexamstudy.com (115/150). The key thing is to understand the concepts, dont get hung up on the scores. I got a 48% on new questions (30Q) in domain 3 before the exam day but i was ok with that because my objective was to understand the concepts. Overall I put in 47hrs in the db and it paid off. Domain 5 was by far the easiest for me as I'm in security but didnt encounter many technical questions in the exam. The exam itself is centered around conceptual questions of an IS Auditor with key words such as NEXT,FIRST,PRIMARILY. DRP,BCP,BPR were also plenty. All the best to those about to sit for the exam, remember "do or do not, there is no try".
