Best CAS-002 video course

Attempting to take CAS-002 before October. Which video course would you recommend? The cybrary.it course by Kelly Handerharn or Pearson Vue live lessons by Michael J. Shannon? Its been a few years since I have covered any type of security subjects so I am trying to get the most in-depth training possible to set me up for success. Thanks in advance for everyone's input.

    I haven't seen the course by Michael so I can't compare, but I used Kelly's video course as part of my preparation when I took the exam. One of the nice things about Kelly's course (aside from the content) is that you can download MP3s of it and listen while you're commuting or driving to work.
