I have noticed that ebay is selling: CISSP Certified information systems security professional study guide 8th PDF for $4.99

Has anyone used it?

    Negative. For that low of a price, I would guess it is an unlicensed copy. Buyer beware.

    Does the physical book come with a CD/DVD, which might include book on PDF?
    I'm looking to study while taking train to work, but it would be ideal to use a PDF, instead of book.

    The Sybex 7th ed comes with a PDF copy that you can download in the link provided in the Appendix section. I'm just not sure if that is still true for the 8th ed.
