Best Study Material for Comptia Server +

I know the CompTIA Server + is due to be retired every 3 years, last on was 2015, but haven't heard of any new material out yet?
has anyone here heard?

Also Looing to get a consensus on what study materials to get for preparation of the test.

I was thinking
