For those that have a hard time getting a job....

Dear Manager,

It is with regret that I have to inform you that I will be terminating our employment relationship. With significantly improved economic conditions, the job market has dramatically improved, and I am moving forward to a new organization that has offered me increased responsibility and compensation, neither of which you have provided me in the past two annual reviews.

For my personal security purposes, our employment relationship will terminate immediately, as of the receipt of this letter.
