It looks like the Cloud+ changed as of the 1st. What is the best study materials for this exam? I have a Plualsight subscription, is that good enough for videos? Also, on average, how much study time would be needed. I would be devoting 2 hrs a day 6 days a week.

I went through the Pluralsight vids as well, they were not bad. But not close enough to pass the exam. The Cloud+ version 2 exam is no joke.

If your experience is strong in hybrid-Cloud you might be able to straight shot it. But if you really don't have a few years of multi-vendor-Hybrid cloud under your belt I'd recommend taking the long road at the cert. Spend a lot of time in the lab.

For storage, learn some HDFS and NetApp
For virtualization do a VCP track
For Cloud, do the AWS track.
    For Private Cloud Microsoft track.

    Hope that helps.
