Took mine less than 3 weeks. However, I have read horror stories of waiting months.

I waited about 3 days and got impatient and sent mcphelp an email and had it a couple days later.

I waited until my candidate history had been updated on my Prometric site, then emailed Microsoft. Took 7 days
