Need more clarity on few CISA questions from QAE DB

Hi,

I am going through the CISA QAE DB and need some clarity on few questions. I am not able to get (rather digest) how are the correct answers correct. If anyone as the QAE please check the # 54, 193, 391. Since I am not sure if I can post the questions here I am just posting the numbers. Would appreciate if anyone can give some insight to those.
