Installing Exchange 2003

Hi all, I`m new to Exchange so bear with me. I am trying to install Exchange 2003 for the first time on a member server thats running Server 2003 and all the permissions are set correctly but when i run Forest prep i get an error message saying... Unable to run sitsetup.dll? Any ideas??

Likely a problem with your Exchange cd. Is it a copy?

This is an Exchange Installer CD problem.

Domain prep is after forest prep.

It does seem to be a file access problem for the DLL. Try copying the I386 off the install CD to the HD. If it is a CD read problem, you'll know it right there.
Also take a look at the event viewer application log. Generally that's one of the first places to look when you have Exchange issues.
