Suggestions

I need to build a lab and I figure you guys will be a good resource. I'd like to setup VMWare (Workstation) on a system and setup different networks with the same VM's in each. Any simple guides that would allow me to do this easily? I think I have an idea of what needs to be done, but i'm not sure.
