Handling Job Interviews While Currently Employed

The title says it all. You have a full time job and are currently looking for something new... how do you handle job interviews?

You have to keep focused. The new job is your future and the old job is your past.

It may seem impossible to get time to interview but if you don't make it happen you will be stuck in the past forever.
