Powershell and Bash Scripting Practice

Can anybody recommend a decent resource for practicing both PowerShell and Bash Scripting? I would prefer an exercise book type thing

I've covered the basics of both in my Linux+ and MCSA 2016 but I would like to be more fluent in each one

Try "Learn Powershell Scripting in a month of lunches" by Don Jones and Jeffry Hicks. I thought it was pretty good.
