    yes one step left for MCSE and the other for the remaining messaging specialty.

    I have worked on two MS networks both with Exchange and AD for the last 4 years, but to prepare mainly I read MS Press and did measure up tests. It was pretty straight forward. I also have a home lab and a lab at work to "play" with.

    I do however prefer the exchange 2003, I like the enhanced features of the OWA (especially when the user's can't get into VPN.)
