I was actually looking at this exam in comparison to CCSK a few weeks ago : http://www.techexams.net/forums/general-certification/133652-thoughts-feedback-professional-cloud-security-manager-certification.html

My approach to certifications : knowledge + effort combo has to be worth the reward aka the reputation. PCSM is not known at all compared to CCSK here in Canada. The knowledge seemed to be very good but it was one or the other for me so I chose CCSK.

In your case, I guess you seek the knowledge more than the reputation because CCSP is the great white shark and with that, you dont really need the PCSM.

However, the training seemed very good so I can definitely understand the appeal :)
Certifications : ITIL, MCSA Office 365, MCSE Productivity, AWS CSAA, Azure Architect, CCSK, TOGAF
    Studying for :  TBD

I definitely want the knowledge of general cloud security Im trying to pick up anything that deals with cloud security. I want to become a SME in the field . Right now I deal specifically with AWS and what security looks like for AWS but i need to broaden my horizon.

Thanks for the info. Looks interesting, but will keep an eye on this and see how traction is in the industry with this cert. I do agree with what was said earlier about the CCSP having the backing of the reputable (ISC)2 governing body.
    Accomplishments: B.S. - Business (Information Management) | CISSP | CCSP | TOGAF v9.2 Certified | Security + | Network +
