Switch FL2000 phoenix contact

Hello everybody, ive just purchased a fl2000 switch because i want 2 different netowrks to communicate via this switch, my pc has ip.162.10.0.1, and the other network has ip 192.16.0.11, im quite new at this and right now im not able to ping with this ip settings my pc with the networks via switch,
Wich are the settings i should change so this can happen?
