After reviewing posts about those taking the CRISC exam, I have summarized what the consensus is on study habits.

Which of these are more effective? Some say yhte ISACA CRISC manual is dry.

Secondly,
I have been out of Auditing/Risk assessment for about 4 years and was wondering since I am now getting back into it, will I be able to pass this or should I wait until I have more Risk mgmt experience?

I would go with option A, even though CRIS manual is a dry reading, you should read it at least twice. Sine, you have CISSP you will do fine. Good luck with the exam.
