AWS virtual servers

As anyone tried to spin up a virtual windows server or Linux box as a lab for certs. If so how did it go.

I do, also because I am trying to learn AWS. Just make sure you are shutting down the instances so you don't pay for them when you are not using them. They have a free 12 month tier available for some things. -

I have its a great way to learn but like stated before make sure you spin your instances down. I would also recommend to learn AWS while your at it.I find your lack of Cloud Security Disturbing!!!!!!!!!

Spun up both linux and windows hosts. Went fine - there is a nice kindle book of AWS solution architect labs - really spells out what to do - learnt quite a lot doing it.AWS, Azure, GCP, ISC2, GIAC, ISACA, TOGAF, SABSA, EC-Council, Comptia...
