Wiley/Sybex Quiz engine not working?

I just signed into the Wiley testbank website and gained access to the quiz/test portal.  When I attempt to create a quiz (after selecting my "learning objectives") it doesn't work.  I've tried IE & Chrome.  Anyone else run into this issue?
