what's the best material for prepare cissp exam 

1-CISSP All-in-One Exam Guide, Eighth Edition 8th Edition

OR

2-(ISC)2 CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional Official Study Guide 8th Edition

    At least get #2 and Official practice test but it helps to use as much material as possible.

    #2 in my view without doubt.

    The CISSP syllabus is gigantic.  Some books, like the official one will cover EVERYTHING but that will be around 1500 pages which is just insane.  The Sybex book is about 900-1000 pages.  It has a good balance of giving you a good cover of the majority of subjects/topics/technologies but not waffling on for pages and pages about the most in depth parts of it.
