I have done Pluralsight and all the labs, brushed up on my subnetting...  and looked at the Microsoft exam breakdown, and have hit all the topics.  Any other advice?

For me I was strong on DNS and DHCP already so I tried to focus on the other stuff.

I had problems getting IPAM running in my lab but with persistence it did eventually work. You don't have to memorize any powershell exactly but they will expect you to be able to put commands in the right order so make sure you have a general idea of the order things are installed.
