Passed CCSP, 4th attempt
Took me 4 tries, but I manage to pass the CCSP today.
Read all 3 known books:
All in One - Daniel Carter
CBK - Adam Gordon
Study Guide - Ben Malisow
First attempt I used CBK only, fresh after getting my CISSP finished. Failed by 40 points.
Second attempt was worst. Used all 3 books for second attempt.
Third attempt, I had an unfortunate session with a teacher at a bootcamp. Because of that, I failed the 3rd attempt.
Resat for a 4th attempt, this time went to square one and read only CBK. By this time, I'm already familiar with almost everything in each 6 domains. My problem: taking how the test is.
I forget how conceptual it is, just like CISSP. I took it, as if it's a technical test, not an ISC2 test.
But I kept using practice exams nonstop for the last 2 weeks with my preference in order:
Boson
Sybex Practice Exams
AIO Practice Exams
I felt accomplished after remembering how ISC2 test was, after taking so many practice tests. Wherever I have wrong in the practice tes4, I go back, review, re read question in case I missed something, then absorbed it.
Admittedly, I wonder if it was worth it, especially since I have my CISSP and CCSK.

I am wondering what to know about them besides what is written, I have studied the material, some extra Youtube videos about SOAP and REST but at the end of the day I am not coming from a developing background so I just need to know what would be enough to know about them for examination purposes.
Besides thing like REST is HTTP only, faster, returns data in several format besides XML, faster, simpler. SOAP is structured, XML only, has an envelope, creates extra overhead, can support other protocols. REST is more common and used in simpler things while financial websites tend to use SOAP. What else? -

Agreed there is not much material on these subjects and I found some of the exam questions ambiguous.
I think you may have done enough because you have done more than me and I passed!
