How does one sign up for the academic certs that Microsoft has? I have done a good bit of googling, but seem to be running in circles.

If you has a profile with an associate MCID, log in your account or register a new account.
Here click on Edit your certification profile.

In the new window change the Job tite to Student and click on Get verified now.
