From what I under stand the 70-740/741/742 get you an MCSA in Server 2016. You can then add on 70-744 to get your MCSE in Core Infrastructure. Is this correct and will that sill be the case in 2019? I tried to find the info on Microsoft's site, but the link was not working.

Looks like the MCSE: Core Infrastructure will be the new name in 2019 -
malachi1612 Member Posts: 430 ■■■■□□□□□□Until end of 2018 (in 4 days) add on 70-744 after MCSA Server 2016 will get you MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure. In 2019 will get MCSE in Core Infrastructure instead as Cloud Platform and Infrastructure will be retired.
Certifications:MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA: Windows Server 2016, ITIL Foundation, MCSA: Windows 10, MCP, Azure Fundamentals, Security+. -
MitM Member Posts: 622 ■■■■□□□□□□Makes sense to retire it, since Microsoft now has role-based certs for Azure

eillinois31 Member Posts: 38 ■■■□□□□□□□Will still be the case in January, just named differently(MCSE Core Infrastructure). I'm taking the 70-744 in January so on this same track. Search 'mcse core infrastructure certification' on google and go to images for a layout(won't let me add here).
