Dissolution of CCNP-Wireless?

At one time I had kicked around the idea of going after the CCNP-Wireless cert, but there seems to be no demand for it. As if to prove my point, even this site doesn't have a forum for CCNP-Wireless. I've been job-hunting and I've never seen anyone ask for the cert - only wireless experience. So I have to ask myself if getting anything beyond a CCNA-Wireless or a CWNA is practical?

I definitely have to disagree. I got my CCNP-W about five months and my phone wouldn’t stop ringing. I ended up increasing my salary by 340%.

Aruba ACMP is also a very good cert to have if you’re looking for wireless certs.

I would recommend going down the CWNP path though as I see it as most valuable. Or all three if you’re up for it.

It depends on what you want to do career wise. If you are at a CCNP level of knowledge than why not get the cert.
