I've recently stumbled upon the Cisco Industrial Networking Specialist. The CCNA Industrial which kinda comes after that seems not very IoT related anymore but deals with CIP and ProfiNET instead.
In addition, there the ASQF Certified Professional for IoT which is vendor neutral

CertNexus (formerly Logical Operations) has a Certified Internet of Things Practitioner (CIoTP) certification. They are supposed to be releasing an IoT security practitioner certification in the future, as well.

Thanks guys, being in analytics I don't find myself interested in infrastructure as much but really do find IoT tech to be extremely interesting. I'll look into these recommended. Neutral is fine with me......

AWS may be coming out with an AWS IoT
Specialty certification
later this year. Of course, it will be all about
using AWS to manage IoT devices
, which may be too specific for your needs.

Yeah, I speculate about AWS IoT as well. They launched a lot of services so far PLUS they had IoT on the questionnaire for their SME program. So let's see
