Launching EEM Scripts on Cisco 4331

So I have a couple of EEM scripts sitting on a Cisco 4331 that I may need to let an end user run - any thoughts on what to use? I'm concerned with having a username/PW in a text file on the users desktop. There must be an easy way to script this through putty or SecureCRT?
