Who has an MBA? Who has one from WGU?

For those of you with an MBA from WGU:
I'm seriously contemplating on returning to WGU to obtain an MBA, and I was wondering if anyone here has done so themselves.
If you have, was it worth it to you? Did you get a return on it? Were you able to switch to a different job than the one you were in (whether you got a promotion or went to another company)?
I'm currently finishing up my last couple of classes for my Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and I'm split between getting the Masters in that or going for the MBA instead.
For those of you with an MBA from somewhere else:
Where did you go?
How "respected" is the MBA from the university you got it from?
Thanks everyone for your time and thanks in advance for the replies!

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,091 AdminI'm starting my first term of the WGU MBA ITM program on March 1st. I just completed my first meeting with my program mentor and I'm digging into the material for the first course now.
I looked at several other MBA programs (Webster, Strayer, local brick-n-mortar), but decided on WGU because of reputation and information I found in places like reddit and here on TE.
That's not much use to you, but we are at least aligned in the same thoughts of technical people heading on a management career development path. -

Not necessarily the BS degree, but both my Master's have benefited me at my current job and my previous. At my previous job I was laid off due to IT outsourcing, and being in the Master's program allowed me to easily get noticed when I was frantically trying to find a new job, and being in the MBA program afterwards allowed me to jump from Contractor to Civilian fairly quickly at a higher GS level. Additionally, my Director pushed to get my Tuition Repayment Request approved, and it is in process right now. If I had to choose one program only, I would have just done the MSISA, since I'm a more technical person. I added the MBA because I eventually want to get into Management or start my own business.

It looks really interesting to me. I'm back and forth with the MBA and the MBA ITM that you mentioned.
