Exam no show on Pearson Vue site

I was going to take the test and did not feel I was ready and cancelled the day before on their website. Or at least that is what I remember doing.

Pearson says I probably did not hit the save button to cancel the test but I am sure I did, but  netherless my voucher is expired. They said I can pay the $499 retake fee.

Is there any other recourse on getting the voucher renewed due to what I believe is a glitch, or should I suck it up, and pay $499?

Try to call someone at Pearson see if you can talk to a supervisor or something. However, I think you would have to suck it up.
