Do you know a good book for preparation for the SSCP exam?

I used mostly Darrill Gibson's book. It cover 95% of the exam. The 5% missing is found in the CBK. I would suggest that you at least skim the CBK at least once .

I have Gibson's book but am having trouble getting through it. What is the CBK?
