I recently passed my Security + and now starting to study for my MCSA Server 2016 70-740. My only study material I have is CBTNuggets video series by Garth Schulte. I have been following the first few videos so far, I can't do the virtual labs because network bandwidth in the middle east is super slow. I'll be making my way back to the states soon so I should be able to follow the virtual labs more closely, I also got my hands on a Dell PowerEdge R730 Rack Mount Server, that will be for my lab environment. What other methods did some of you guys did/used to pass the 70-740?

Get the Official study guide and download the ISO from Microsoft.

I always recommend reading a book. Video is great for giving an overview but I always find it to be lacking when it comes to details.
Thanks! Which books do you recommend?
