What does Microsoft pay?

Anyone work for MS or know anyone that works for them? See quite a few jobs in my area that are windows server support consultant positions. they prefer a MS in CS or EE and MCSE cert and atleast 5 years experience. anyone got any info on their salaries?

My friend works for Microsoft consulting writing custom program additions for companies. He makes 105k with bonuses for getting companies to purchase additional licenses and such. He works about 70 hours per week and travels 60% and works as a virtual employee another 20%.
