    ok background is I passed sec+, sscp, ejpt and have been doing security bits for a while.

    Brent Udemy Course 7.5h
    Review elearnsecurity for nessus and nmap
    read mcgraw all in one book and the tests both in the book and CD
    comptia ( chapple ) 1000 question book
    various googling for parts mentioned in dions course eg remember wireshark, snort demo etc
