Flash Server Q???

Hey all...I've been trying to use my 1720 as a TFTP server or Flash Server as Cisco calls it. I've been referencing:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1828/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00800ca553.html#17978

I'm using a 1751 as the Client Router. I have full connectivity between both routers. I keep getting the following error/output upon reload. Anyone know what I'm screwing up?

"
%SYS-7-NV_BLOCK_INIT: Initalized the geometry of nvram
%SYS-6-READ_BOOTFILE_FAIL: tftp://192.168.1.1/c1700-y-mz.123-14.t3.bin File read failed -- Timed out.
