Introduction to Programming Using Python (Exam 98-381)
All,
Just a little declaration intent here. Looking to get MTA Python in the next 30 days. I script in BASH pretty often and was a VB developer in another life so programming concepts are not new. Additionally I have familiarity with the MTA program already having taken MTA HTML5 and MTA Software Development Fundamentals. I am not expecting anything from the exam other than just to do it for fun.
Done already
1) Automating Information Security with Python | SANS SEC573
2) I've completed over 100 labs
3) Several small projects in Python aleady done at work
Next Steps
1) Complete Exam 98-381 Prep Video series on safaribooks.com
2) Redo the SANS lab book for more hands on time, this time exploring the material more
3) Completing the Cbtnugget intro to Python series
4) Schedule exam
Has anyone taken this exam already? Any material you'd recommend?

Motivation is just fun to be honest.-Daniel -

I am unable to register for the MTA on Microsoft site. getting error message. Wasted an hour trying to get a human at Microsoft. Called prometric registration support and was told they don't do Microsoft anymore
Strange.-Daniel
