CompTIA CySA+ exam packages on CompTIA certification site

Dear All, i have the following questions about the CySA+ exam bundles on CompTIA certification site & would like to seek your kind advice.
1. How useful is the CompTIA CertMaster Practice thats included in the bundle? Could we proceed with the exam without attempting this?
2. Any idea what is the e-book thats included in the bundle? Currently, i am using CompTIA CySA+ study guide by Mike Chapple & David Seidl. Im wondering if the ebook is the same as the one im already using. Can anyone advise me?
Im targeting to do my exams in early October 2019.

Thank you so much for the advice & information Skyliinez92! As im located in Asia, the exam vouchers online were only usable within USA, i cant purchase them. Still trying to locate a reliable source to purchase the exam voucher.
