Try Microsoft Learn and look for the learning paths for the exams , just create a microsoft account .. good luck

I just finished my CCNA and need a Cisco break
I'm going to try the course listed on their site under free ,sorry I can't post links yet not being a jerk
THere is also a book coming out that I'll probably pick up
