Just a heads up. I'm leaving my current role and they're looking for a replacement. It's a great full-time entry level opportunity to wear many hats and learn a lot in a pretty relaxed environment. The position is not posted yet but should be in the next few days so get your resume and cover letter ready. It's a two man IT team that supports around 300 users. Non-profit organization located in Vancouver, WA.
Requirements:
It's primarily a help desk role (50%) assisting staff with everything from password resets to complete outages at remote sites, but you'll also work a lot with Office365 SharePoint, MDM, AD, VoIP, network devices monitoring/troubleshooting, computer hardware/software, MFPs, servers, security, backups, and the list goes on.
Requirements:
Two years of college-level coursework in computer science, information technology/related field; or completion of an A+ or similar certification and at least two years of general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience desired.
