Two years of college-level coursework in computer science, information technology/related field; or completion of an A+ or similar certification and at least two years of general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience desired.Description (my own description, not official):
It's primarily a help desk role (50%) assisting staff with everything from password resets to complete outages at remote sites, but you'll also work a lot with Office365 SharePoint, MDM, AD, VoIP, network devices monitoring/troubleshooting, computer hardware/software, MFPs, servers, security, backups, and the list goes on.
