AWS new Certified Database Specialty and changes to CSAA and Big Data Specialty

1. launch a new certification in Database Specialty,

2. rename Big Data to Data Analytics Specialty with a change in the test, and

3. release a new exam version for the Certified Solutions Architect Associate
